Possibilities:
1) Someone has a suite, and we all meet up. 2) Some of the other nearby hotel rooms have programming space that is not contracted to AC and maybe can be used by attendees. This would cost money and we'd have to pool our money. 3) We can get an official or unofficial event at AC put in and use actual AC programming space. 4) We just pick a spot at the Convention Center and all try to meet there at a given time.
