Possibilities:
1) Someone has a suite, and we all meet up.
Pros : This allows us to bring any food or drink that we want.
Cons : This means the room may get too crowded to sustain human life.
2) Some of the other nearby hotel rooms have programming space that is not contracted to AC and maybe can be used by attendees. This would cost money and we'd have to pool our money.
Pros : All of the pros of Plan 1.
Cons : Requires spending money.
3) We can get an official or unofficial event at AC put in and use actual AC programming space.
Removed, we didn't ask in time.
Pros : Lots of space, free.
Cons : We cannot bring food or alcohol in. If we want that stuff, we have to pay the hotel / convention center. Also, the panel cannot be fetish oriented.
4) We just pick a spot at the Convention Center and all try to meet there at a given time.
Pros : Lots of space, free, flexibility.
Cons : We would have to then decide where to go. Have you ever tried to get 20 furs to go somewhere? It's a bad scene.

Currently, we are looking at meeting Friday or Saturday evening. To set up on wiki page:
- What day is best for people to meet?
- What time? (i.e. 7 PM, 8 PM, 9 PM...)
- Do we want to have a con-space pre-meet?
- Where is this being hosted?
- WE WILL NEED RSVP - Kimmy needs to know how many to cook for!
