Staff Meeting Archive
This page contains archived synopses of past VH staff-meetings, in which administrators and moderators discuss any user-feedback, concerns, and future plans and progress involving the chat.
These meetings have only staff present (rather than all users who are interested) because it is sometimes necessary to discuss issues involving individual users, and so restricting the attendance is necessary to respect privacy. However, the goal is not to act or make other decisions 'secretly', so a synopsis of each meeting is provided here.
At the end of each meeting-synopsis, actions that resulted from that meeting's discussions will be listed. Because results cannot be known immediately, it may take about a month for these notes about outcomes to be added to a meeting-synopsis.
You are invited and welcome to ask members of the staff about anything appearing in these synopses about which you want more information. In addition, if you have feedback about how this information could be recorded or presented in a more useful way, please provide that feedback as well!
NOTE: One thing we want to do with these synopses is to use them to (anonymously) highlight the user-feedback that drove discussions and decision-making. However, in the past, we hadn't been organizing feedback received with that goal in mind, so for meetings prior to Feb 2014, the connections between user-feedback received and meeting-topics discussed are not recorded - sorry for any inconvenience.
