Discussed at this meeting

  • Discussion of a stagnation of activity in the chat occurs. In order to help mitigate it, some discussion of community events such as games occurs, and planning takes place to move back into a regular rhythm of games being held.
  • Discussion of various site-improvements takes place, including feedback pages, improvements to the login-page experience, and a logo-contest in connection with intended visual site improvements.
  • A need for the staff to be more answerable and transparent to the user community is discussed, in particularly with regard to responses to user concerns and suggestions raised during townhalls, and with regard to the moderator-selection processed.
  • The next town-hall is scheduled, and the list of staff-driven topics is determined.

Subsequent outcomes from this meeting

  • Holding of weekly games became a priority.
  • Training of new GMs and encouragement of users to take on GM/gamerunner roles became a priority.
  • Mod-selection guidelines were presented at the Townhall.
