- Due to a slow rate of progress on various intended improvements to the chat, ongoing projects (the Moderator Manual, a user guide, the Logo Contest, site login improvements, the Mentor Program, and improvements to the ease of providing feedback about moderators) are delegated to be driven by interested staff members. Technical aspects and challenges related to these projects are also discussed.
Subsequent outcomes from this meeting
- The Moderator Manual was finalized.
- The Logo Contest was planned.
- The Mentor Program solicited volunteers.
- Feedback system research began.
