Discussed at this meeting
- Changes in the size and makeup of the community were discussed, noting another wave of new users and calling out the need to encourage welcomingness and community spirit, and noting for staff awareness the creation of auxiliary groups such as the Steam group.
- The question of staff-member approachability regarding user concerns was raised. No strong conclusions were reached about how to ensure that users can be comfortable bringing their concerns to the staff.
- The need to update the rules document to account for changes since its authoring was raised, in order to clarify the rules for new constructs such as invite codes.
- Concerns about non-transparency of VH staff actions and decisions were re-raised. Following consensus that action should be taken to make the actions taken by VH staff less 'secretive', the decision was made to post summaries of staff-meeting minutes on the wiki, after removing information pertaining to individual users for privacy reasons.

- Meeting Digests were implemented to aid in transparency of staff actions/discussions.
