On first glance, the Disorderly Conduct is, well, a hunk of junk. An airship that primarily looks as though it's held together with Sovereign Glue and happy thoughts. There's precious little in the way of 'pretty' on the vessel, everything seeming more slapped together in a mishmash of spare parts. The general design approach appears to be 'if it looks stupid, but it works, it ain't stupid'. In fact, the only real decoration the ship has is the emblem on the bow, a decal of a grinning monkey skull with a pair of bottles crossed beneath it, with the words 'DISORDERLY CONDUCT' spraypainted beneath it.
And yet, for all its ragged appearance, it seems to be someone's pride and joy. After all, if someone didn't love it, why would they fly it?
Most of the ship is dominated by a cargo hold, cranes, and other salvage equipment. Most of the rest of it is filled with the important bits that make the whole thing run, but there's still a small portion of the ship dedicated to housing the captain and crew. There's the bridge, of course, and also a dining area, but beyond that there are also a set of private quarters for the ship's various inhabitants, ten rooms in total.

"'Ey! I'm th' cap'n, I'll say when we're s'posed to go!"
...
"Yeah, we should prolly go."
The Captain, of course, is CaptainFlint. Go to his profile for more information!
"Hey! Wanna see me do a corkscrew? It'll be super cool!"
Youngest of the crew, and it shows. Luz is a murkrow morph of seventeen, usually easily recognizable by the almost comically-oversized goggles he wears, and the almost garishly colorful floral-pattern shirts he favors.
In spite of what one might expect from someone of his typing, Luz is a bright and cheerful personality, eternally bouncing from place to place. His right wing was crippled at an early age, forever barring him from flying under his own power, but it seems he's not let that discourage him. Whether or not he can fly on his own, he's an incredibly talented pilot, and Flint hired him on, both out of a desire to see the boy's dream of flight realized and also because he 'thought the kid needed a home'.
Just don't trust him around small, shiny objects. Kid's a friggin' kleptomaniac.
"Oh, for fuck's sake. Call me a band-aid one more time. I mean it. Try. Me."
From the back, one could be forgiven for confusing Rue for a particularly low-flying cloud. His hair, and the mane around his shoulders, have been left to grow out until it's reached halfway down his back, a mass of fluff that could charitably be called 'plush' and more accurately referred to as 'downright snuggable'. From the front, he's more easily spotted as a whimsicott morph with a slightly chubby physique, typically dressed in loose-fitting clothing in dull colors. In spite of his 'cuddly' appearance, he maintains a demeanor that just borders on irritable. In spite of this, he acts as the ship's resident medic, administering care when other members of the crew inevitably get themselves banged up. For what he lacks in bedside manner, he makes up for in talent, providing a variety of magicks for healing, curing, diagnosing, and otherwise doctoring. And in spite of his irritable demeanor, it's worth noting that, like many healers, he has taken an oath to do no harm to the living...
Well. Unless they've earned themselves a good, solid smack to the back of the head. But that's different.
Rue himself was originally 'picked up' several years back, when Flint got him out of some debt with the local mob. When asked, he doesn't seem to want to go into greater detail than that, and will pointedly avoid the question if pressed.
Played by Loxagn Rue is played in Dark Green text.
"Captain, if I reroute the flux flow from the arcane distortion generator to the infusion coil, it should give the ship the extra power we need to get out of here, but I'm not sure how long it can take that kind of strain."
An eevee morph of middle age Flint picked up a while back. Rodrick had been an engineer working in a local shipyard, plagued by sickness caused by working unprotected with the fuels used by modern airship engines. Rodrick had been under the impression that he would be dead within a few years, but Flint hired him on, making sure he would have plenty of care for the illness and a place to work for decent pay, for a change. Like it or not, Rodrick's been formally adopted as part of the crew.
"Captain, sir, if I may speak freely? Where on earth are your pants."
One looks at a pair like Erin and Flint, and to be honest you wouldn't find a more different pair. Flint is boisterous and affectionate, while Erin is quiet and reserved. The Captain, fire, his First Mate, water. Erin is a kadabra morph, usually dressed in light but form-fitting body armor, a crystalline sphere orbiting just above the tips of her ears, a pistol belted at her waist.
Her personality, while not irritable like Rue's, is typically much more deadpan than the other crew members. She's usually calm, even in situations others would find stressful, responding to threats with careful, calculated efficiency. It's no wonder that she's better at actually running things than Flint is. And yet... she defers to him. Some question why, especially when they see her natural talent with psionic manifestation. She most likely could, in just a few years, have a ship of her own, or a successful business, or literally anything that would serve her better than the gig she has now. Why?
The answer, of course, is that she actually likes him. Erin and Flint have, it seems, been friends and partners as far back as anybody can remember. They showed up on the scene together, purchased an airship together, and started the salvage business together. Best friends since they were both kids, the pair is unlikely to go their separate ways anytime soon. Jokes abound at how they'll 'be announcing the engagement any day now', but despite all the joking about, their relationship remains entirely platonic.
"Alright. Can't say I think that's the best idea I've ever heard, but I guess you've been doing this longer than me. I'll be here if you need me, then."
A furfrou named Gabe, who signed on with the Conduct for personal reasons.
