Background
Nishan was formerly a runner for Habaki Manufacturing, the most prominent arms manufacturer in the 22nd century, making a living selling off the fanciest weapons a person could get her hands on. Over the years she became disillusioned with the lifestyle and fed up with the constant war she saw break out. Now she uses those contacts to undermine the Corporatocracy, funneling weapons from stolen shipments into the hands of those who might actually do good with them. Or at least cause one hell of a problem for Habaki. She can be found hanging out in an old auto garage at the forest outskirts of Project 6, a megacity on the island of Hispaniola.
