Her anatomy functions the same as any other biped, though with a few additional 'extra' features. Her throat is able to consume prey but only those about children-size at maximum (knee-height) though she CAN fit in something slightly larger with a bit of effort though it would leave her feeling uncomfortably full resulting in her having to lay down and doze off to let her stomach digest her meals away. She is also capable of adjusting her size by focusing and allowing herself to grow or shrink depending on what she wants to do, she can either become a micromorphic critter (6" tall) or she can grow to such massive sizes that she'd tower over even skyscrapers (upwards of 100' feet tall), her weight also changes based upon her size.
