A bright white dragon-morph. But that's such a bare description of what
you see. Let's go into more detail.

For the body:

It's all a light, sky blue kind of color where belly and underparts are
concerned. Closer inspection leaves an odd impression. Where's
all those dragon scales?? Instead, the skin is smooth, thick, and
very leather-like. His back, outside of his legs, arms, neck, and other
'upper' places are covered in a fine white fur.

For the head:

Well this is what you're probably looking at the most. It's more of
an alligator-style shape. What likely catches your attention first
are his whiskers, or 'barbels' as some call them. Long, almost
tail-like appendages hang from either side of his muzzle. Each is
over a couple feet long, and white, but smooth like his belly. The
way they curl and twist, you'd guess they have some hidden strength
to them!

Atop this strange head, you see not only a pair of more equine-shaped
ears, but a pair of horns. The latter are silvery in color, and shaped
oddly like round-tipped cacti. The pair gives him an almost cartoonish
appearance! His ears are fairly animate all the time, turning to nearby
sources of sound.
