One of the three pokemon that belong to
byte_fantail. The other two pokemon are
Logan_Lucario and
Wade_Charizard.
Charles is a normal mew, apart from the fact he is shiny. He is cheerful and silly, and loves to play mostly leaving the fighting to Logan.
He mostly floats about and does silly things, or brings toys that he manefests out of thin air to anyone who he thinks might need one.
