Current News: Zal's right arm, and left leg are currently augmented.
Below his clothing, he has several patches of white fur like scars around the augment areas.
His left arm is scarred in a band around the forearm, and shoulder.

A soft huff escapes his lips, hours long since parting company with her.
He shook his head a little to clear it, climbing out of bed and stretching himself out.
He wasn't amazingly tall, hitting five foot four inches not accounting for his ears.
From a glance, he looked obsidian furred for the most part.
It wasn't until the light was flicked on, that his odd coloration stood out a little more.
From his ears to his toes, depending how the light hit it his fur shifted to various purple and violet hues.
Always starting obsidian, moving to deep purples and moving to a dark violet if the light was bright and at the right angle.
Starting from his right hand, the very fingertips up to the middle of his upper arm traced a delicate pattern.
All the way up was like the trail of an asteroid, done in bright violet.
Others some muse on it being a glance at a solar system, without the guiding lines.
On the back of his left hand was his crest, like all alar he was no exception.
He lovingly called it an eldritch star, the design so simple yet maddeningly complex.
A star that's not a star, a stellar forge of heat, light and matter...
or a waiting maw, writ large across the very cosmos itself.
Staring at it too long would make one's head progressively hurt as the design seemed to become infinitely more complex.
..Then in a simple blink, it would be normal.
Along his eyes, they still shone with ethereal violet. Along the edges were framed in more violet markings.
Namely, the old egyptian style marking--normally in gold, but violet in his case.
His wings stretch out behind him, roughly at a nine foot wingspan before folding behind him once more.
The wings themselves were colored much like his fur, though as they progress toward the bottom the violet becomes a little more obvious.
Padding along to his closet, he'd pull out a simple black t-shirt and pull it on over his head.
Wings already sliding through the slots he'd custom made for them.
A black lab coat would follow, and the same shuffling of feathers as he works them on.
Clothes were so much easier to just take off.
Finally a simple black pair of cargo pants, pulled up and on then zipped and buttoned.
Then he was headed out of the inn, to start his day.

My, my. What ever could have happened here? Zalvine flitting around as a Nimbat! Seems someone got up to too much mischief.
He was average size for a nimbat, fuzzy and fluffy. Black socks over his paws, mottled black and violet pawpads even now.
His belly was black too, gliding along the same fur pattern as Fidget until one reached his face. He still had the violet cheek marks of a wah!
His maw still inky black with violet mottle, and it seems by luck he kept his eldritch star on the back of his left hand.
Those piercing violet eyes still radiate from him, and it certainly hasn't seemed to have changed his attitude any.
His hair still drapes down to his hind, that certainly hadn't changed either.
He still wore a labcoat and black t-shirt...but it was obvious pants were a little difficult at his size.
Maybe he'll figure out something for that later...
