Zaki

Hyenas, everyone loves'em! Some seem like and are, ravenous, drooling, hunting and eating machines. (Like that's a bad thing ;3) Some are scavengers, waiting to swipe food from some other predator. Of course, there are 'yenas who do both these things and are quite proud of their ability to do so! Most also known for their good sense of humor and the ability to find almost anything funny. This part is almost always an unfounded stereotype. Some, even the wild ones can be quite loving and caring creatures.

Zakira, Or more commonly known to those around her, Zaki. She is a rough one at times. A wild feral spotted hyena or so she thinks. She being in a nature preserve of sorts, not even in her natural born home. She a pet to some rich fur who bought her and her mother when she was really young. This preserve she was kept in quite the warm area so that her family never got to experience much of a climate change. But either way, she lived a happy life there. Being taught to hunt, scavange and other things. Zaki was kept mainly because of her rare coloring. Whilst others of her species were brown in color. She herself was grey and black. Various shades of grey in her spotted fur pattern, black mane running down her back and her brown eyes This isn't the only reason though, the others were because she is dual gendered, a herm. Not to mention her large size upon reaching adult hood being at a shoulder height of 7'10" and a body length of 14'6 about one foot, three inches of it or so being her tail.

Of course, no one knew whether or not she was sentient back then or not. But, eventually the wealthy owner of the preserve, the one who had bought her years ago. Began allowing researchers and other forms of naturalists into the preserve to study and examine the various creatures that lived there. Hyenas not the only ones that were kept. A few of those being prey animals like antelope, gazelle and wildebeest among the other predators like lions, leopards and crocodiles. (The preserve actually split by region. Hers was like where she was originally from. ) Though some twist of fate came, when a magical researcher came to study the creatures in her home. It's not certain what happened to him for sure. Though some say a portion of his clothing was found in a pile of 'aftermath' left by a single predator. But that's not the important part.

A few days after the disappearance, she found a strange blue swirled stone. Sniffing it, she isn't sure what compelled her to do so, but she swallowed it.
Immediately when it hit her stomach, she felt a surge of what seemed like electricity run up her spine and like there was something burning inside her! A rush of energy soon followed, she wasn't sure what was happening to her. But, unbeknownst to her there was a gowing magical aura around her. What she did feel though, was more powerful..hungrier. Whilst hunting, she came upon a lion who had downed an antelope. Though instead of going for stealing the delicious ungulate. The 'yena rushed and pounced upon the lion. Before long though, the feline's hindpaws and tail would end up sliding down Zaki's gullet. The rest already having filled her belly, roaring and squirming, trying to claw it's way out only causing broad paw and claw shaped imprints to appear through her pelt. After, she did the same with the kill made by the lion.
Her gut now sagging, she went home to enjoy her two course meal.

As she went to sleep, she felt a soft strange sensation about her body. Her thoughts having drifted to the new 'things' entering her territory. How they walked on two legs and their various differences in looks. As she slept though, her body changed. Shoulders shifting, body growing as legs repositioned themselves over night, spine changing shape. Her malehood and sac growing larger in size and a pair of full supple breasts swelling upon her chest. When she awoke, she'd find herself to be a 18' 9" tall anthro hyena among her spots being one heart shaped one above her left breast said breasts being about 48HH (for her size, massive to anyone else. ) whilst her cock amd sac had grown hefty in their own size as well. ( See sketch pic for proportions below. ) She was astounded by how she looked. Slowly walking through the preserve when she was found by yet more researchers! They brought her to camp and even managed to clothe her...something she wasn't to happy with. She didn't understand the need for them.

Though her hunger was soon going to get the best of her. As during the night, one of the researchers goes missing over the night... Her belly gets larger. That's when the other two decide to pack up and head for home. Though they were so far in, they would have to make camp again. This time though, one researcher didn't wind up missing. This one was discovered 'dead' in a sense. Luckily that night, the bright blue glow of last night. Though now the remaining researcher had put two and two together. The enormous anthro 'yena's belly was swollen and eventually noises of digestion were heard. But, before he could run, the last researcher found himself crammed down into a 'yena gut with the limp body of his colleague. Each of them getting a rather nasty biology lesson... Eventually, she would learn to shift back to being feral, and how to control both it and her ability to eat souls. Eventually she managed to wander her way out of the animal Preserve. A new predator unleashed on the world.
