To many, dragons are evil creatures who enjoy nothing more than toying with mortal beings. Seeing them as playthings for their own entertainment, gratification, and other greedy appetites. In reality, most dragons don't care enough about mortals to make themselves a nuisance. Vayra has much the same attitude. Don't bother her, and she won't bother you. Usually.

Vayra herself is a fairly standard-looking dragon. A typical example of a female of her species. Slightly more lithe and graceful than a male, long and flexible, with dark grayish and black scales addorning her sleek body, and paler ivory-colored plates along her underside. A pair of large wings usually lie folded comfortably over her back, and when they are fully outstretched they are roughly equal to her body length. Lean muscle ripples fluidly under her scales, adding a bit of grace to her usual canter. Her jaws are large enough to engulf a man whole, and two could fit uncomfortable smooshed together if she so pleased.

Vayra can at times have a fiery personality. Similar to a cat, she can be very smug and mocking, and obviously thinks quite highly of herself. Most of the time she is perfectly pleasant, albeit cold and blunt with strangers. Inside that scaly exterior however, is a softer sort of personality. She's not malevolent. Nor is she benevolent. Vayra just lives her life as she pleases, mostly secluded to her mountainous home.

As far as abilities go, Vayra can breathe fire like most dragons. Her fire however, is less of a huge plume of flame, and is closer to fire hose spraying viscous, molten fire. It burns hotter and longer than normal dragon fire, and is almost sticky, making the fire cling to clothing, buildings and whatever else she might use her breath for.
