About Her
Urilis was born and raised in the Dana'nai region of Pacha. She went into engineering for her Mit'a. After getting her certifications she spent 5 years as an astrodrive technician aboard various Imperial ships. Among them was deployment on a Peacekeeper corvette, where she and Ninasisi Achiyaku became friends.
As her Mit'a drew to a close Urilis was stationed at a scrapyard orbiting Pachan helping decomission and dismantle particularly dangerous ship components. She managed to cobble together a servicable ship and get it registered with herself as the primary (and thus far only) certified astrodrive technician.
She and Ninasisi recruited Ocho Atana and Emile Saik to round out their specialties and turn the ship into something somewhat functional. They named it the Xipi Totec, and operate it as a semi-independent long-range exploration cruiser.
A 'splosive sneeze comes from the fox and poof!
In her place a little rodent stands

Uh-oh. It appears the fox has turned into a mouse! How awful! Yes, it seems that somehow she's gotten herself entwined with eeeeeevil magic that, sometimes when she sneezes, she just outright becomes a mouse. Or she asked politely. Point is, it's ancient history and nobody knows how it happened! It just did. She's learned to live with it, mostly. It tends to only last a day or so. She's still trying to learn how to control it, though her efforts have been hampered by the fact that doing so has only made it more likely to happen with each sneeze. Good work, there, fox.Life as a mouse is tricky, though there are enough mice around to make it not impossible. Just takes some getting used to. She's gotten good at climbing seemingly-unclimbable stuff, and crawling into spaces that seem far too small for her to fit through. She's also leanred that there are a lot of little places to hide, at least temporarily. Dodging feet's still an issue for her, as is getting caught. But, hey, can't win 'em all!
Around friends it can be fun, even if they can be pretty mean about it sometimes. Still, there're so many things that are just delightful to do that she couldn't even dream of as a big fox! Lounging in cocktails, for one! It's rather chilly, but she can always make up for that by swapping to some coffee or hot chocolate. Her friends usually don't seem to mind too much. Well, not usually, and on the off-chances they do ... well, it is fun being a mouse!
