"Electricity is a powerful, yet versatile thing. It's part of the functions of your body, it powers many machines, it can provide heat. It can also stop your heart and fry the very machines it is supposed to power. Treat it with care and respect."

Having spent years studying electromancy and learning the martial art of Ansatsuken, and having acquired a pair of High-Frequency swords. He is a mercenary and assassin. His killcount is unknown, having never actually specified a number himself and doesn't have many confirmed kills.

Despite his morally questionable work, he does have standards. He refuses to work with any gang or mafia family and will not willingly harm innocents. Attempting to mislead him will put you on his hitlist.

As an electromancer, he is a proficient killer, easily stopping the heart of a normal human and can fry the circuitry of many machines and cybernetics. Even if his electromancy fails, he still has a pair of HF blades and his martial arts training still allows him to pursue his targets or defend himself. And just like the subatomic particles his power relies on, Tylor is quite quick. His reflexes are also impressive, as he can deflect bullets with his two swords.

Outside of combative abilities, he has another notable attribute: His skin shines in sufficient light, just like the metal that is used to describe the color of his scales.

Despite the kind of work he does, Tylor is actually a laid back, friendly person, if a little quiet. He is married to a magenta Yoshi named Aura.
