- Tsubame is most often in a demi-form, though when played as a Kitsune, can change to full fox and hide her ears and tail with illusions. Can also have an anthro form, but will not usually use it in public in primarily human/demi settings.
As a Kitsune when played as such (which she usually is in magical settings), she is technically a shapeshifter, even if not all that good of one yet. She will thus sometimes change colors to white hair/fur when she wants to stand out a bit more.
Particularly if she's using an anthro form, since she doesn't think she really stands out enough with black fur, and when blending in or hiding, her other forms work better.
That said, (Slightly NSFW) this would be a good reference for how she would look in anthro form. Or, possibly this if she's wearing clothes, and really trying to stand out.

-Standard Fantasy Settings-
From a very young age, Tsubame was fascinated with going out and seeing everything she could, from new people, to new places, to new foods and fashions and weapons. Her wanderlust quickly turned her on to a life of adventure, exploring ruins, chasing down rumors, hunting monsters, and sometimes... retrieving a pet or cleaning a house. Adventuring doesn't always pay perfectly, after all.
That said, she's picked up a good few skills, from spotting likely traps and finding ways around them, to fighting, sneaking, and using a tiny bit of magic. Ultimately though, all of the money she makes goes to paying for her to stay in nice inns, see big events, participate in big events, and regularly take trips to wherever she thinks might be fun to see. She's as curious as any cat, and in every bit as much danger from the trait. She also is proud, crass, cocky, easy to embarrass, a bit sadistic and controlling... and a bit masochistic and submissive.
That last bit, she tries to shove down deep, but it has a habit of coming out at the worst possible times. Her magic isn't all that great for combat, but she has learned a frequently helpful spell to shrink herself down so she can escape from collapsed rooms in dungeons, sneak through small cracks, and other such things.
She has a particular fascination with powerful women, especially felines, Kitsune, and certain types of fey and demons. She naturally tries to set herself up as a rival for some of these girls, trying to prove herself just as strong, or far more skilled! (Or wind up pinned beneath them, hearing them insult her and belittle her. Both are nice, though she won't admit the second one.)

Additions for when she's actually a Kitsune, rather than just a fox girl:
Tsubame has a rather large family that she will sometimes mention. Mostly, she's likely to mention her sisters and cousins - all of whom have had a tendency to treat her as their personal practice dummies for traps, magic, wrestling techniques, and everything else you care to think of. She'll freely admit that her more sadistic and masochistic tendencies both come from growing up around her family, as well as other Kitsune who occasionally showed up for a time.
When Tsu finds herself in more modern settings, she'd generally had less experience adventuring or living on her own, and is either being sent out to test herself and learn to be a proper Kitsune, or has run off to try to learn and prove herself. She's more likely to try to act like a predator in this setup, though not too likely to succeed. Even when she does, it's usually a temporary thing, with her taking so long celebrating her successful tricking or capturing someone that they manage to turn the tables on her. Sometimes before she can do anything to them, sometimes after she's taken far too long indulging her more dominant side on them.

Note: While I do much prefer playing prey, I also love vore games of various sorts. So, since I also understand that there are plenty of people who wouldn't find it interesting to do a Vore Battle with someone who is only prey and can't eat them back, this is the one way I can be talked into playing pred without too much trouble. Also, if you have a particular thing you want added in for a single game, ask, as I don't think of everything, and I'm already willing to push my normal limits for these potentially. The worst I can say is "No thanks, not right now."
For those of you who do like the idea of vore games where you're guaranteed to be the pred still, or where you aren't going to be eaten back if you lose, and can just hunt Tsubame down for a rematch, I'll have various options. The options are: Vore mode, Sex mode/Dominance mode, and Survival mode.
Vore mode is the standard - she'll be allowed any moves of the sex and dominance mode lists that the opponent wants to include anyways for their own kinks, but ultimately this is the option where I actually try to RP one of my characters as... a potential pred at least. Winner eats loser in some way, and exact details for what you would like to avoid or include in the event that you fall to her can be discussed.
Sex and Dominance modes are where I happily default to instead of pred if the opponent is comfortable with it. Instead of Tsubame trying to eat you, she tries to either arouse you out of commission, or wrestle/physically dominate you to avoid being eaten. Either way, if she wins, Tsubame gets to have her way with the pred in some manner. I also prefer playing M to S or sub to dom... but I'm actually fairly comfortable playing at least slightly dominant. Can end sexually, or non-sexually(Pet, servant, just revenge humiliation) if Tsubame wins as decided ahead of time with the partner.
Finally there's survival mode - where it's not over until the pred eats Tsubame. She can struggle, she can fight back some, and she can try to flee, but ultimately, the pred will always catch up to her ready for more while Tsubame gradually weakens or eventually just gets unlucky. She may be allowed moves from the sex and dominance lists as part of 'fighting back' to temporarily disable the pred if desired, but it still doesn't actually end until she's in the belly/tail/womb/intestines/bladder/other of the pred.
So, that said, here's the move lists and abilities (which are active across the board):

-Tsundere rage: Once an opponent has managed to get Tsubame down to 5 hp--either through vore, sexual means, or physical means--she reacts like any Tsundere does when confronted with a "Pervert" who's made them uncomfortably aroused. All rolls for gaining control (while neither character is in a vore stage, and Tsubame doesn't yet have control) gain +2.
-Cunning reflexes: Tsubame is used to a certain amount of danger, and as such has a sixth sense for ambushes, traps, and similar start-of-battle abilities. All abilities that rely on catching her off guard at the start of battle, be they bonuses to the first roll for control, or other special abilities, are disabled.
-Slightly Sadistic: If Tsubame's opponent is at 5 hp or below, she gains a +2 bonus to maintain control over them while she has them held.
-Quick: Tsubame is naturally quick to react to any obviously damaging attacks, and so gains a +2 to rolls made to avoid weapon attacks and offensive spells. Status effects such as size changing magic, as well as sexual attacks and grappling attacks are not included in this.
Penalties:
-Unfamiliar diet: Tsubame isn't the most voracious usually, and seldom eats anything other than standard food. As such, she generally is easier to escape from in the final stages of vore for anything not shrunken down. (-2)
-Masochistic streak: Tsubame actually likes being dominated and degraded, despite what she'll claim, and takes a -1 penalty to all rolls to resist humiliation type techniques, or to escape from any stage of vore.
-Weak to pleasure: Tsubame is also a bit on the repressed side, sexually. Any attacks meant to target her with lust, arousal and pleasure, she takes a -1 to resist. This can stack with her Masochistic streak for any dominating sexual techniques, such as face sitting or particularly rough sexual attacks.
-Tail obsession: Tsubame has a special weakness for most things with tails - as long as they're cute. Fluffy tails will always work for this, as will most succubus style tails, and though others may be a case by case basis... a tail is never a mark against someone in her book. Against opponents with cute tails, Tsubame takes an extra -1 on all rolls, or a -2 to resist tail vore attempts.

-Pleasure / Domination abilities available-
(P) - Touch fluffy tail: With this ability, Tsubame may use her tail to attack an opponent's sensitive areas, so long as she's not completely inside of them. (Usable when opponent is in control of a grab, when she's in control, or when at the first stage of vore for any type, unless they specifically target her tail.) On a successful opposed roll, the opponent takes 1 point of HP damage from arousal, and a -1 to their next action.
(P) - Cunning Linguist: Only usable when opponent is using UB, or when Tsubame is holding the opponent. With this ability, Tsubame swallows her pride... among other things. She uses her tongue and mouth to pleasure her foe, dealing 1 damage for every 5 points (round up) that she beats her opponent's roll by. This also gains a bonus equal to the normal penalty from both weak to pleasure, and masochist streak, but allows a second roll during the round for the opponent to attempt to use UB on her.
(P) - Face sit: Only usable if Tsubame is holding her opponent, if she wins the roll, she pins her opponent and sets her rear on their face, smothering them. Each round they fail to break free (needing a 14 to escape), they take 1 damage, and Tsubame may attempt to use any of her other pleasure abilities as well, starting the round after pinning. However, when the foe escapes, they may instantly attempt to initiate oral vore, and if they have any abilities to use their tongues in sex, they can counter with that each round.
(P) - Magic fingers: Tsubame is skilled with her hands, able to give massages so good you'll feel like you're melting away... or shrinking, possibly! Tsubame may use this ability as long as she is not past the first stage of vore, rolling opposed to her opponent. If she rolls higher, she deals 1 damage from pleasure and relaxation, and may choose to roll a second effect. The secondary effect is related to her magic potential, what little there is of it for now, and causes one random effect from this list:
1 - Heal: She winds up invigorating her opponents by mistake, restoring 3 HP to them.
2 - Enlarge: Rather than shrinking them, Tsubame mistakenly enlarges her opponent, granting them a +1 to all physical rolls, and a +1 to escape difficulty for all vore abilities. This can stack, or cancel out Shrink.
3 - Bliss: A surge of arousal inflicts an extra damage for the turn.
4 - Slow: Pleasure and magic work together to keep the opponent too relaxed to fight back effectively. They take a permanent -1 to rolls for the rest of the fight.
5 - Stun: With a pulse of magic, the opponent is left helpless for one round, allowing Tsubame to have a free action against them.
6 - Shrink: The opponent is shrunken slightly, inflicting a -1 on all physical rolls. This stacks and can cancel out Enlarge.
(D) - Foot Fall: When she is holding an opponent, Tsubame may stomp on them in sensitive areas, grinding her foot down on them. On a successful roll, deal 2 damage instantly.
(D) - Golden Showers: While she has an opponent on the ground under her (holding), Tsubame may choose to mark them for extra humiliation - pissing on them, be it on their face, chest, or crotch. For every 2 points above them she rolls, they suffer a -1 penalty to all rolls from disgust/humiliation. This penalty lowers by half each round.
(D) - She bites!: While held or holding, Tsubame may attempt to bite an opponent. On a higher roll, she deals one damage normally, or two if she's just broken free of a first stage vore attempt--due to being close enough to bite something sensitive! Ass, crotch, breasts, or throat.
(D) - Submission hold: While holding an opponent, Tsubame may attempt to pin them and begin strangling them to knock them out. If the opponent fails their roll, they are pinned, taking 1 damage per round and needing a 15 to escape.
-Survival Mode-
Survival mode doesn't have it's own attacks beyond a basic attack with a fist for 1 damage while in control, struggling against the pred's attacks, and a cut-and-run ability for if she's in control. With cut and run, if she can make three successes before the pred makes three successes, she can escape for a bit of time! During this time, both characters heal 2 hp before the predator can catch back up with her, and it may be a new location, new day, or even a week or month later (up to predator, can include stalking scenes while she's being hunted though). Other than that, pick and chose attacks from Pleasure and Domination if you want Tsubame to fight "dirty".
Preference bar meanings:
100 - I actually do require this, 99% of the time for me to enjoy an RP.
75 - I will always enjoy this being included, especially when done well, though I don't mind excluding it.
50 - I will sometimes really want this, but sometimes just feel indifferent towards it. Mood dependent, but usually more than okay with it as long as you do it well, and preferably do it alongside something else fun.
25 - If you like this, and want to add it, I generally enjoy it. Especially if you quite clearly enjoy it as well, and put more love into the RP as a result. I may also simply be in the mood for this at times, though may sometimes not be in the mood for large volumes of it.
0 - Completely indifferent in most circumstances, but possibly based on the degree of the kink. Talk with me about adding this if you want it.
-25 - I don't find this too unpleasant, but you'll generally have to ask politely at the bare minimum, and possibly convince me for this. And it may depend on degrees for some things.
-50 - I don't like this, but can sometimes be talked into it in exchange for something else.
-75 - Only if I know you, am close friends with you, and practically love you. The number of people able to get me to do these without some debating and compromises is highly limited.
-100 - No. Never.
To clarify this - I prefer being prey when vore is involved, though Tsubame is quite willing to try to eat people at times. She has been known to even succeed when it comes to a fight with someone who gets... unlucky. Generally speaking, there are two ways I'll play pred - a trade, where the other player is being a predator for me either immediately after or in a prior RP; or if the dice dictate such in a vore game of some sort. When given the option though, I do not prefer to be a predator, and will try to avoid digestion or fatal vore unless asked for if you somehow convince me to play a pred.
That doesn't mean Tsu is 100% submissive when I'm playing her as a prey though. She can attempt to be a predator and get the tables turned on her. She can be rude, violent, and try to dominate and humiliate people who piss her off. And she won't go meekly to her fate when being eaten unless the predator seduces her into it - though she might accept it with a bit more enthusiasm than most fully unwilling prey would once eaten, and be very easy to seduce. Dom/sub % is more 30/70, with a particular fondness for being forced into the submissive role and made to enjoy it against her will.
