Stands at 9' to the top of her head, lithe frame with silver scales, plates down her back and on her thighs and upper arms. Eyes and flesh are blue and glow lightly, even showing between her scales and plates. Pair of blue horns from the back of her head along with her claws of the same colour. Shoulder length hair, silver at the base and changing to blue to the tips, parted to just one side. Her abdomen is anthropomorphic and her lower portions dragon taur, long tail sweeping behind her. Pair of nippled breasts on her chest, usually covered by a black, silk, button up shirt with circuitry pattern along it with white LEDs laid out at the end of the nodes. Hidden between her legs is a blue shaft, soft ridges along the underside of it and the tip triangular in shape. Leading to large blue orbs behind her sheathe and just between her thighs. Higher up under her tail is the thin, blue slit of her nethers and the tight blue pucker above that.

Taern'Kaper by name, though shortened to Tae, she resides in an area between dimensions. Where realities intersect that's where her speak easy resides. When one is in a haze be it from drink or other chemicals, they may find her establishment. In the back of a butcher's shop one would find stairs behind a door down in a dimly lit stairwell, lit on the sides by blue LEDs. Within the speak easy the smell of blood still present from the butcher's above and tinging even the drinks with the coppery flavour. The air a slight haze of smoke. A sizable dance floor for larger folks but the place isn't made to accommodate much bigger than her. A bar lines the right side of the wall as you enter, liquors of distinct and curious origins on shelves complete with stations to mix at and one to clean dishes at. Standing behind the bar she mixes you a drink before you even sit down, feeling a compulsion to take a seat in front of her. Already in front of you is a drink you delight in, alcoholic or not. A friendly smile, kind word as she serves drinks to other patrons entering but she has your attention primarily. You may see patrons stealing a look at you, cocktail dresses and suits lined with LEDs, especially around the collar. Beings you may have never seen before, a buzz of conversation in the air as some speak in hushed tones. She asks you what your destination is, what's your desire with a glint in her eye.
