On immediate glance, Synia would be easily mistakable as an ashen-skinned gorgon. Closer inspection reveals that the female lamia's hair are not actually snakes, but tentacles not unlike what would be found on an octopus. The off-white tentacles have bands of black with blue trim that is bio-luminescent.
Her skin tone is very similar to that of a drow or dark elf, though she likely bears no lineage to either; pointed ears poking out the sides of her heads and drooping downwards some slight inclination to the notion. From head to tail-tip, she's a mere seven feet in length, her typical resting height a minuscule five feet. The serpentine portion connects at her hips, giving way to black scales with a blue underbelly, occasional orange trim along the sides, and brilliantly coloring the tip.
Appearing rather feral in nature, despite being a combination of a humanoid and serpent, the creature wears no clothing, instead being naturally covered across the top with splotches of scales, mostly the orange, soft underbelly scales creating a bikini-style top. Across her forehead is a splotch of orange scales that almost seems to mimic the appearance of a tiara, also bringing out the otherworldly glow of her orange eyes. There's the occasional patch of orange here and there across the rest of her torso and face.
Her four arms are all scaled, mimicking the same pattern of her tail. Between each arm on the right and left sides of the body is a connecting webbing-like scale structure that almost mimics the appearance of a cobra hood, if it was concave, not convex.
Finally, concluding the girl's feral-like tendencies and behavior, is her forked tongue--an unfortunate matter that gives her some difficulty in learning how to speak. She is capable of some communication, but it isn't the brightest, nor the most succinct and clear. In fact a lot of her mannerisms are more akin to that of a wild animal, though she is learning slowly about culture from those patient enough to teach.
Regardless, the supposition that she is a monster to be feared is far from the truth, you can never judge a book by its cover.
