A character from Narokwi
This shaggy beast comes in two possible forms. A hulking anthro rat and a dire rat, and he's able to shift between them at will. The anthro rat will be denoted using blue text with white for the dire rat.
In anthro form he's roughly eight feet tall with a slightly hunched posture. He's a brute, big and thick muscled, covered in long, shaggy fur. His eyes are a solid blue, and his mouth rather than having the incissors typical of a rat are filled with sharp fangs akin to a wolf. He might even be mistaken as a wolf man were it not for his round, pink eats. Typically he wears a blue toga and various bits of golden jewelry, including bracelets and an amulet with an engraving of an oak. This stuff's somewhat dusty and faded, but he hardly ever takes it off.
In dire rat form he's roughly the size of a horse, and aside from a fang filled maw he looks almost exactly like a scaled up wild rat. Solid blue eyes here as well, and though it might be expected that he has little intelligence he demonstrates an almost human degree of knowledge and behaviors.
Despite his fearsome appearance he's usually gentle toward sentient beings. That said, he is a were-beast, and at times blood lust does consume him and he'll have to devour someone. That's just the way it is.
