Sayel is a bit of an oddity in the world. He falls between the categories of a slug and a human. His body is held up by cartilage that is very durable and yet still flexible unlike bone. His skin appears to be tinged with a slight green and is always cold and clammy if not outright slimy. Usually he will only wear a pair of shorts that has been specially treated so as not to be wet all the time. Even his hair is an oddity in and of itself. Constantly being wet by the boy's slime, it has taken on a gelled consistency and stands up in a spikey manner.
Sayel's age is something of a mystery to most who look at him. He has the appearance of a boy, snort in stature and with a lithe form, By mentally and physically he is twenty years old. His growth has been stunted, mostly due to what he is.
The next thing one should know about his anatomy is that the slimey mucus oozing from his skin makes him resistant to digestion. It is also fairly sweet to taste which hasn't really helped the male avoid awkward prey situations. He also has a bit of an odd reproductive system. First is his male set, located in the usual spot his uncut length is roughly 7 inches at a glance but when Sayel would wish it his length can flare out drastically to be able take in people. That's right folks, the slugboy can cockvore folks.
The second bit of his system is located within his rectum, just beyond his sphincter. An odd organ within the male's rear is capable of producing an egg to be fertilized. If it is fertilized the slug will end up pregnant soon after.
Sayel himself is a rather quiet male, shy around others mostly out of teasing he endured as a child. He will warm up to people quickly though, provided they don't try to eat him first. He does tend to keep a bit of a childish precociousness though, preferring to act like a child to seem cute. It's something that has kept him from being eaten more than he has been.
