This girl looks fairly innocent. Standing at approximately four feet and barely appearing 10 years old, with long, very light brown hair, and often dressed in a pretty white dress, white stockings and little black shoes.

Well... this impression is mostly correct. Despite being twenty-two years of age, she tends to act her physical age a lot, carefree and happy. However, little Puce is also quite intelligent, and can sometimes throw people off by knowing things little kids probably shouldn't. She also has a slightly... devious side, and isn't afraid to pack someone somewhere dark and damp if she feels like it.

Puce is nominally a Pokemon Trainer, although she doesn't use her Pokemon for battling. In fact, she only 'owns' one, a Gardevoir named Lerurin, given to her by her mother and famous Pokemon Battler, Flea. While nominally her trainer, sometimes it's difficult to work out whether it's Puce or the curvy Gardevoir who's really in charge...

Using the obscene wealth Lerurin and her mother earned, Puce is able to lead a very comfortable life. She has some very expensive tastes, but her obscene wealth makes these easily affordable.

Puce is possibly MCP Corporation's top customer that doesn't buy any of its "gene pets". Once a year, for instance, Puce pays several thousand dollars for a special "rejuvenation" treatment, to halt and reverse her aging - she's been physically 10 years old for a while now, as she likes the way it lets her get away with practically anything.

Puce also pays for 'reformation insurance', in case of mishaps, and has had her body augmented in a number of way - mostly ways to let her ingest people through practically any orifice, and even a few places that aren't even orifices. She can also augment her body on the fly to some degree, although adding more mass tends to require her to... ingest something. Or someone.
