Proteaus is the son of Woril and Galexy, and twin brother of Astra_Rel. While he's a bit more laid back than his hyperactive sister, he's still just as much of a mischievous brat as her! While growing up, the psychic dragon-mutt may have picked up on some of their parents' weirder interests, and taken a liking to them himself! As such, Proteaus has a tendency to play pranks on the people he encounters, which more often than not results in someone ending up eaten or otherwise stuck inside the dragonmutt or one of his friends, transformed into something, or both! One should be doubly careful if Proteaus and Astra are in the same place together, as they have a habit of conspiring together to cause even more trouble for people for their amusement, and combining their considerable powers to do so!
That said, there may be times when Proteaus may be feeling more affable towards people, and simply want to chat with someone if they pique his interest, though there's no telling whether that may change if he gets bored!

While Astra inherited Galexy's talent for space manipulation, Protaeus seems to specialize in countless varieties of transformation! As this may suggest, the dragonmutt/mewtwo hybrid has full control over every aspect of his physical form, able to change his species, size, weight, gender, and so on, with little concern about where excess mass may come from or disappear to while he does so! It's even possible that he may be capable of changing into ordinary-looking objects as well, so don't let your guard down if you notice something sitting around that you don't remember being there before...
Of course, he can also apply quite a few changes to others as well, as long as he is able to touch them! In addition to the aforementioned types of transformation, Proteaus is also able to absorb people that remain in contact with him for long enough, making them a part of himself! He may also sometimes merge with someone, and try to take control of their body if they lack the mental fortitude to resist him! It should also be noted that any potential predators should be cautious about trying to devour the dragonmutt, as they may find themselves just as susceptible to his talents on the inside as on the outside, if not more!
Proteaus has also been experimenting with ways of imbuing objects with transformative effects, and lending them to Astra to let her incorporate them into her pranks.

Proteaus's malleable nature also provides some additional advantages, making him quite stretchy and capable of bouncing back from a number of hazardous situations with an almost toon-like kind of resilience!

And in the unlikely event that something does get the better of him, Proteaus shares a soul with his twin Astra, allowing one to revive the other should something happen to them. They are still capable of reforming even if both are indisposed at the same time, though it would likely take longer for them to do so.

Appearance: Proteaus looks like a mix of many different creatures, though for the most part resembles an anthro dragon in his late teens, covered in short white fur, sporting a draconic facial structure, fox ears, a smooth tail, and a silvery mohawk of hair, similar to his father Woril, and his sister. However, he also has a few features that he has in common with his other father/mother Galexy, such as a pair of short crests atop his head in place of horns, and a longer tail with a bulbous end, similar to a mewtwo. The dragonmutt usually just wears a pair of loose-fitting shorts and a t-shirt, which may somehow change size to still fit when he changes shape, or disappear at other times. Perhaps his clothes are just another part of his body that can change along with him?
