Parisa

A group of children sat around an elderly man, a fireplace roaring nearby. One of the children, with long floppy ears, was on her knees, begging the man.
"Gramps, won't you please tell us?" she asked. "I overheard from Suzzie at the sweet shop that there was a witch out in the woods!"
One of the other children, with wide rounded ears and a naked tail behind his back, nodded vigorously. "My older brother said that she's a cat too! And that us kids should be really careful around her!"
One by one, all of the children nodded, giving worried, pleading looks to the old man. With a roll of his eyes behind his spectacles, he set his book to the side.
"Alright then, kids," he rasped out to them, "I'll tell you about the witch in the woods. Even so, you boys have nothing to fear more than a small prank, and being returned with a red tush if you run across her."
The mouse boy from before tilted his head, giving a puzzled look to the old man. "But she's a cat, isn't she? Doesn't that mean she might eat little mice, and bunnies as well? Especially with her magic! She could be terrifying, right?"
The old man laughed. "Boy, I don't think you should assume so much just from that. Aren't you friends with a fox?" He looked over to another of the children, a girl with a bushy tail, and chuckled as she glared at the mouse.
With the boy shut up, the man continued. "You see, the witch we have out there will try to lure you in with sweets and treats, at least if you're a girl. And then? She'll play dress up with you. Make you pose while she coos about how adorable you are. And you'll only get away after you're thoroughly teased, and possibly pranked a couple times as well."
The kids all looked a bit disappointed. "That's all?" the rabbit girl asked, frowning. "We were told she had horrible magic to shrink people and gobble them up thought!"
The old man shrugged. "She does, but as far as I know, she's only ever eaten a few people in the past - mostly those who threatened a child under her care. She also makes healing salves and medicine to treat diseases. It's a bit anti-climatic, perhaps, but we have a good witch out here. Just don't be too cute around her or she'll try to tease you and play with you."
Most of the children stood to leave at that, bored with the story turning out so tame. One however, the fox, stayed behind. "Hey, when you said 'play' with us, what did you mean?" she asked.
The old man looked for the first time a bit nervous, before patting her on her head. "I'll tell you when you're older. Don't worry, you don't have to worry about that until you're an adult, or at least fairly close to it."
With that odd statement, he stood up, taking his book to move upstairs, hoping to avoid more inquisitive little minds.

Parisa is a witch who lives in the woods near a few towns and the like, on land that's been in her family long enough to still be measured in acres regardless of how much the prices have gone up on land, and how much pressure has been put on developing it. More than a few people joke about the forest being a nature reservation of sorts, and they're not completely wrong.
Deep in a forest, for where else would a witch live, she owns a relatively nice and large cabin, where the scent of sweet pastries and treats can be regularly smelled as she bakes them, mingling with herbal teas and the green scent of the forest. She even offers her treats to any kids coming by.
Despite seeming the stereotypical witch, this feline is hardly the hag looking to snatch poor Hansel and Gretel up to eat them. Though if an older girl comes by, she might not be opposed to a different sort of 'eating.' She's much more prone to tease and prank people, all in good fun unless they can really upset her, rather than anything else.
Her magic is generally enough to protect her from most things trying to get close that mean her harm, but she never can bring herself to actually keep out anything cute or sexy, even if they might be dangerous. She is quite happy to jump in bed with any good looking girls who are old enough to appreciate it properly, and both then and when she's teasing or cooing over someone cute are when she lets her guard down the most.
Plus, for all that she's often the one toying with someone, she isn't so adverse to things going the other way for her if she's... convinced. Or simply overpowered.
(( OOC Notes: Player enjoys playing prey, but is not adverse to playing a more indulgently dominant or teasingly dominant role at times - especially if the 'victim' of her fun turns the tables on her, and is decisively less gentle with her than she was with them. May also be convinced to play pred at times, but the player gets burned out on that role fairly easily, and doesn't particularly take any enjoyment of that side of vore most of the time. ))
