Oxide's identity as Ren has long passed. She vaguely recalls her name as being that, but after so many years of her long life inside a mech informally referred to as "Oxide" due to it's constant surface rust (It was deployed in a coastal area), she's grown to identify herself as the mech.
Of course, normally, such a thing would result in the one in question being nursed back to health as soon as the higher-ups cottoned on to this questionable relationship with a machine, but she hid her tracks well enough, and was deployed remotely enough that when the time came to exchange her mech for a higher spec model, she, and it, vanished.
Of course, around that time, there were tales told of dragons in the area that were suspiciously similar to the mech.
Many years of her life were spent scavenging repair materials and parts, only leaving her mech to do essential maintanance. Having spent so much time and effort upon the machine in question, Oxide started identifying herself more and more as the draconic persona it represented instead of her actual form within, interfacing through an exosuit.
Of course, as was inevitable, she's reached the dillemma point of being forced to leave for the first time in years: The mech's power reserves are running low. A formerly highly trained body, Oxide is now kept going mainly by her armour, designed to interface directly with her mech from within, as well as protect her, and provide environmental support. It can interface with weapons, too, mainly those implanted in her many years ago (External storage runs the risk of getting caught in case of an emergency, e.g. an attempt to eject.)
The end result is a power-armour clad figure in front of you, faded markings no longer legible to tell who or what she once represented. Streamlined, it hides all of her form, though it does seem to have access panels built in for sensory/bodily interfaces in some areas. It's systems seem to be controlled via HUD and a holographic computer mounted on the chest. And the helmet can collapse into the chest, similar in fashion to a RIG suit.
Alternatively, you might see the mech itself. Rather plainly, a full sized imitation of a dragon, though one that's decidedly mechanical in nature. There's no hiding it's nature, though there are no markings that denote any identifiers upon it.
Though what the face beneath it looks like is anyones guess.
