Species belonging to Wesley. TL;DR description is that they're space nagas who feed off of warmth both actively and passively. They're like snakey somewhat-zerg like (with the manipulable genetics stuff) endo-preds.

Bonus: Since they're a species and mostly one-off individuals, if you'd like, you can always claim the specific one you've done a scene with for yourself. I made them to be shared. <3

They're also sssibilant. If thisss bothersss you, just asssk them to ssstop. Itsss a compulsssion, not a ssspeach impediment.

Most of the ones that will be showing up will be around 20' long. Just long enough to give normal-sized people a good, full-body coiling.

Lifespan: 70 years average, as high as ~120 high end.

Gender: The entire species is technically hermaphrodic, but some are markedly more 'feminine' in build than others and they don't think of themselves in gender terms. I typically play them with neutral pronouns.

Physical Features:
-Their entire body is highly elastic and resiliant. Not just immune to heat, they ABSORB radiant heat. (see Feeding System) Also capable of surviving in a vacuum for extended periods.
-Four-eyed; Can see in the visible, ultraviolet and infrared light spectra.
-Their hearing is about the same as a human's, though they can't hear higher frequency sounds as well. Floppy ears give a vague illusion of them being hooded. They can't do much more than swivel them forwards and back a bit.
-Their species has a sort of hive-mind psychic link. They also can communicate loosely with telepathics of other species and those they've bonded with.
-Their arms and legs (for those who have either) can be slid into 'pouches' along their sides to help them fit through narrow spaces or to hide their current stage of development (see Reproduction)
-Their hands are composed of three digits, all of them fully independent. They may have more fingers in some rare cases, depending on species alteration.
-Their coloration and body patterns are completely unique from individual to individual, though they tend to be shades of green, brown and black, and the eye-bands are one of the most common marks. All full Oroboreans have a solid colored and scaled underbelly.
=Their markings can be changed at any time. They have enough fine control over it to form letters in their skin. This mostly is used by them to apply vore-related 'tattoos' to the inside of their mouths. If you peek inside, most of them will have something tempting written on the roof of their mouth or back of their throat. Examples range from things like "Vacancy" and "Enjoy Your Stay" all the way to arrows pointing down their gullet.

Feeding System: Perhaps the most distinctive and defining feature of them is the way they survive.
-Their internal body temperature is normally only around 5 degrees warmer than local temperature, going as low as just above the freezing point of water.
-They're not 'cold blooded'; they don't have a standard circulatory system. They're energy feeders. They can passively or aggressively absorb heat from whatever they can hold down, usually by ingesting it.
-Their throat leads to a very strong and elastic belly pouch, which is also connected to their sex organs.
-They cannot digest live meals (thus no waste passages)
-They prefer to keep their prey alive.
=Unwilling meals are often kept paralyzed (see Fluids) until no longer good for energy
=Willing meals are kept well-fed to keep them inside as long as possible
=Especially willing life forms are often released and re-'consumed' repeatedly, and may even be altered and mated if able to help produce superior offspring (see Reproduction)
=Meals too dangerous to catch-and-release can be absorbed slowly over time by converting them (See Fluids, Reproduction)

Fluids:
-Their saliva can be loaded with special toxins from glands in their mouths to act as a paralytic (from a simple pain anesthetic or motion inhibitor to a complete loss of sensitivity and movement), aphrodisiac, or a special corrosive that eats away at non-biological material, usually used to remove clothing and armor from meals.
-The female-built can excrete a thick creamy breast milk that acts as an extremely potent libido-enhancer, and can literally become addicting.
-Their shafts secrete a variety of special juices.
=A thick precum that acts as an extremely effective lubricant that also heightens sensitivity
=A special solution that gives regular flesh the ability to expand to several times its usual volume, sometimes enlarging but always rendering it extremely elastic. This stuff can be secreted anywhere in their body.
="Heavy DNA". A special cum-like secretion that, thanks to a short lived but potent cross-species retrovirus, can physically alter their target's biological and physical structure. They have complete control over the degree to which the subject will be altered, and can adjust them in any way from individual traits to a complete transformation.
=Of course, semen. (See Reproduction) This has similar addictive qualities to the milk.

Reproduction: There are several methods by which they multiply.
-They're in part egg-layers; They form little 'pods' full of all the genetic info required and ovipose :P This is the primary method used when there is an insufficient amount of 'food', which for them tends to mean winter or anywhere without plenty of heat sources.
-They're, in a way, 'cannibalistic'. They can 'absorb' one another, merging together. This is how they achieve their size. They're born without arms, and develop them as they merge together. Two armless fuse to make a normal two-armed creature, two armed ones combine to make four arms, and a pair of four-armed ones combine to make a sort of naga-taur with four legs in addition to the four arms. They can merge with anything comprised of at least 50% similar DNA.
-They can, as mentioned above, apply "Heavy DNA" even to unwilling meals to absorb them. Any sort of fight to the death will end in vore and absorption, hence why their warriors are the largest and most multi-limbed.
-They also have a modified form of "budding". If they're badly injured in battle to the point of being split into pieces, all parts not connected to the head convert into raw DNA, which can re-cluster into eggs, or alter whatever creature might have torn them apart into one of them.
-When they absorb a new altered creature into 'the swarm' so to speak, the genetic knowledge can be passed on to future generations. Sort of a self-controlled generics program.
-Their male half is unlike the normal male penis.
=It almost acts like a reptilian tongue; it hides in a pouch just above the female passage, appearing in the place of a clitoris.
=It can 'flow' outwards, expanding into a slick, rubbery extension with a wide slit. See Fluids for all the crazy stuff it can produce
=Its also extremely elastic, enough to fit most meals inside, though this method is primarily used by the male-built. (it is also connected to the belly pouch)
