Onyx

Acinonyx 'Onyx' Melkith.









Background: Onyx was forced into military service early on in life in a reality where 'alters; (aka furries) were something new and exciting prospects through genetic modification. At some point in basic, he got his hands on some black fur dye, and covered himself with it, and since then he never went back. Keeping his fur almost permanently black is tough, but in his eyes, worth it. It also earned him the call-sign of 'Onyx' rather than his old nickname of 'Ass.' Certainly a plus!
Eventually he got done with his training, and while the government wanted him for more duty, he decided to take his skills elsewhere, and met up with FireGryph at which point they joined up to create a mercenary company known as the Silver Gryphons. Such is his story as it stands.

Physical description: Your standard anthro cheetah, but with fully black fur. The only distinguishing marks are a silver tip to his tail, and silver 'tear-marks.' He only stands at 5'5" though, with a lithe, athletic build.

Equipment:
Onyx has a few notable things which make his life so very much easier.
-2010 Dodge Magnum, matte black. She is named Salia, and she has a fully cognizant AI built in to control everything. This is his tank, with an engine to power it that could drive 5 tons of weight at 200 km/h. Needless to say, with less weight, it is fast! ANd it contains all he needs, from weaponry to technology. This IS his home awya from home.
-Powered combat armour, matte black. Think Starcraft marine, except with a tail.
-Two USP Matches: his favored weapons, dual pistols with unerring accuracy. His size makes larger weaponry a little less than suitable, so these two are what he has on him at all times.
-M82 sniper rifle/anti material rifle. For all his long range needs, Onyx packs this around, usually in Salia. His second weapon of choice.

OOC Notes/preferences:
-Onyx has no ability to reform on his own, naturally. In most cases, he comes back thanks to a friendship and some connections with a phoenix under the name of Juhaari.
-Expect the cheetah to react with real world physics and emotions. Hes not supernatural, magical, super powered, etc... He's flesh and blood and still has his fear of death. Other things like being captured, or abused, are not pleasant for him, so he will fight back.
-Sexually, hes a 26 year old single male, and as virgin as he could technically be nowadays, in the park. Hes been in the park for nearly 4 years now, so he's had sexual encounters, but never willingly has he mounted a female. He follows Christian beliefs in his abstinence, keeping himself 'pure' until marriage. However, this isn't to say that he hasn't ever orgasmed in the presence of others, or at their whim.
-Fighting isnt entirely his thing. He can fight, but he has no issues with anyone here in the park, there is no bad blood between him and anyone else as far as he knows. But he will protect those that come looking for protection, especially his friends. With his friendship with FireGryph he has also gotten very used to being around gryphons in general, and as such he knows plenty about about their physiology and the mental states of raptors in general.
