Out of her way, Clark’s charging competition.

It is a known fact that you don’t want to anger a wild moose. It turns out that Olivia Clark is as relentless as her specie would be expected. In one of today’s wild turn of events Clark Corporation has acquired one of its competitors through what some may consider a very aggressive strategy from Miss Clark. Some may remember two years ago when Clark Corporation had one of its internal strategy board’s meeting briefing notes and future plans leaked on the internet. Rumors had been going around that an employee from said competitor had been found as the culprit, but nothing was ever confirmed. However, since that day, Miss Clark seemed to have had a lovely time scooping up every opportunity that would have benefitted her newly acquired company until they were pushed in a corner. With a triumphant smile for the camera, Olivia Clark walked out of her new offices with a yet again unforgettable outfit.

Unyielding in business, Miss Clark is also known to be unyielding on her principles. Many tune in on news regarding the fierce business woman for her provocative outfits. Often quite revealing and always sophisticated, many say that she distracts her opponents, many being men, with her assets which is why she always gets what she wants. Women look up to her for her fearless attitude. Men look up, and down, and up again more often than not. When asked, Olivia Clark chuckled and commented: “These outfits I wear may be a bit outside the norm, but I love them for their soft fabrics and the freedom they give me. If it distracts those who attends my meeting, then so be it! If you can’t focus on the affairs at hands because you still can’t get over seeing a bit more of a woman than you are used to, then that is not my problem. To be honest, the most fun I had in a meeting was with this orca lawyer. He knew I was coming in for a consultation so he greeted me in a Speedo and a tie. I was wearing a lovely purple toga that rested upon half of my chest and rested on my hips while the tip of the toga ended between my legs just short of my knees. He was the first to try to surprise me and it did work for a moment. We stared, laughed and then sat down and talked. Business is business. How you dress should have no repercussions.”

Grand Opening, Silk Plaza

With her latest acquisition, Olivia Clark has made a statement that she will be letting go of the reigns of Clark Corporation. She will retain 51% of the shares of the company, but will be giving control in her stead to a close and trusted friend while she takes a few years for herself. However, before doing so, the Canadian woman surprised many by buying out a large business plot and ordered a mall to be built there. Named Silk Plaza, the mall is a pet project for her to keep her busy despite her vacations. Investing her own fortune into the project, she plans to use the commercial powerhouse to allow smaller businesses to thrive. While climbing to the top, Miss Clark had the opportunity to see many start up geniuses get crushed simply because of mismanagement or lack of opportunities to grow. As such, Silk Plaza will be trying a new way to rent spaces and premises. Given your idea shows potential to Miss Clark, your rent will be based on total sales made versus square footage rather than a fixed price. Furthermore, lack of profit will mean free rent given that the owner meets with Olivia with a clear plan to rectify the situation. Only constant failures to make some sort of profit will get a business evicted from the mall.

Olivia Clark’s comments on the project are very realistic. She is fairly certain she will lose money out of that venture and the mall may close eventually if it proves to be too much of a drain, but she hopes it gives a chance to a few young ones to make their debut in the world of business. She also hopes to meet some interesting people out of it. She is willing to consider the most profitable businesses or the most passionate owners for an umbrella under Clark Corporation eventually, but that is a future project that may or may not see the light of the day. There are already several new businesses ready to settle in the new commercial building. We’ll see what the future holds for them. Best of luck to Olivia and may her vacations be relaxing and inspiring!
