Makani

Makani always adored the water. Wherever she went, the young Eevee sought out places to swim and sun. So when she found a Water Stone, she didn’t hesitate to grab it, letting the energy flow through her and evolve her into a Vaporeon.

Naturally, she now spends even more time around the water. She’s made her home in a shack by the beach, not far from a river mouth. Fairly small, sparsely furnished, and decorated with various trinkets she’s found beneath the waves, it’s not very impressive, but she doesn’t need it to be; really, all she needs is a comfy bed and a place to store her clothing.

When she’s not in the water, she’s usually sunning and socializing on the beach; she’s friendly with many of the other locals, and even helps out as an unofficial lifeguard when someone’s in trouble. Much of her time in the water is spent exploring the undersea geography, or going up-river to explore various lakes and tributaries; she’s capable of living quite well in either salt or fresh water.

She also has a mischievous, and often kinky, side, using her liquid-shapeshifting abilities to startle, tease, or otherwise toy with others in the water.

Those abilities are more advanced than those of most Vaporeons, however. Her father was a Ditto; in itself, not unusual, but oddly, she seems to have inherited some of its shapeshifting abilities, enhancing her own. So instead of just melting into liquid and reforming, she can manipulate her watery self in all sorts of ways, from simple watery ‘tentacles’, to increasing her size by absorbing water. In the latter case, she’ll usually ‘max out’ at around twenty feet or so; the bigger she gets, the harder it is for her to maintain her form.

Furthermore, Makani can alter the density of her body, from fully solid, to fully liquid, with several ‘goo-girl’-esque stages in-between. She’s also capable of making parts of herself transparent, even when solid.

She has other abilities, that may or may not come up in RP; really, though, it’s whatever I can think of at the time. Don’t think about ‘em too much, it’s all just for silly fun.

One of those other tricks is the ability to shunt her stomach (and whatever's in it) into her tail for a couple minutes at most, if she needs to hide something.
