Condensed Description:   Klara stands over 12 feet tall with a very athletic build. Well defined muscles on her body, especially her thighs and calves. Her fur is ebony along her back, top of her arms and along her legs with the underside being ash gray. All exposed flesh such as her lips, nose, and similar is a bioluminescent emerald coluration. The iris of her eyes are also this same glowing colour with the sclera being ebony as well. Her horns, teeth, and claws are obsidian in appearance. Scales are primarily located on the feet and underside of her tail.

Bio: Klara was born with a number of genetic defects, so many that doctors informed her parents that she very well might be stillborn. Monitored throughout development, she had strong vitals but there were concerns about mental development. Especially near her birth when it was realized she would be born much smaller and lighter than healthy cubs. To everyone's relief that certainly is not the case, but it did not mean it was an easy ride for her given her appearance; another genetic flaw. Though an undocumented one, making her of great interest to the medical community. A boon that she would need later in life.

      She grew up, very slowly, under loving parents. Her social life though was affected by the colours of her pelt and natural bio-luminescent glow of her flesh, among her many other peculiarities. Relegated toward the outcasts, she grew up amid geeks and nerds to put it mildly. The woes of her life are not limited there, as by the age of 13 she was not progressing through puberty as she should. Various MRI scans would show growths of benign tumors at certain areas of her endocrine system, stemming the flow of hormones. After several operations she started to show signs of puberty, growing in height as well as filling out in shape. A couple months later she was hospitalized again due to these sudden growths, having gone from four feet to six feet in two months. Her endocrine system was operating above normal ranges, resulting in the sharp increase of size that left her weak physically. Through a richer diet, hormone inhibitors, and time to adjust, she was able to physically function a year later.

      All through her adolescence she required regular visits to specialists to make sure she was not growing faster than her physiology could handle. Ending up eventually at her current height, a good fifty percent taller than the average of her race. Such disparate height attracted even more attention to her, something she was woeful to have. Becoming heavily introverted, shy, and timid when people stared at her. Graduating the public school system was a boon, post secondary education would offer her some relief with less intimate surroundings of her peers. Especially since her university of choice was in the Sol system where any gawking would be done by humans interested in meeting a new alien species instead of people knowing she looks 'wrong.'

      Certainly happier in her life then, she applied herself to her studies as well as her favorite extracurricular activities; physical fitness and sports. She was unable to participate in collegiate sports programs due to her size advantage, as well as greater physical prowess. That did not keep her from being able to practice with the teams or join small, university group sponsored leagues. Regularly receiving comments about bouncing coins off her buttocks or crushing walnuts with various parts of her anatomy. This was attention she could enjoy, helping bring her out of her little bubble. Those years would go swiftly though and she graduated, not top of her class but certainly of note. Becoming a CPA a couple years later and living a very comfortable life.

      The only unfortunate, nagging problem she has is related to the genetic disorder that made her grow to a veritable titan. Her metabolism burns red hot, requiring her to actually eat more in a given day than people who are much smaller than herself. For someone interested in building and maintaining lean muscle, this requires large amounts of protein. So much at times that the only way for her to feasibly gain it is to eat those smaller than herself. Regularly. Negative consequence for certain, but there is always a silver lining. She lives on a planet where the local customs find it alright to eat others that are seen as 'weaker' than one's self. So morally and legally, there is no problem, though such acts in this contemporary age are looked down upon at worst. As well, she really, really, REALLY enjoys it...
