Cooler body temperature than most, leads her to quite enjoy pressing up against others for warmth, soaking in their heat to the point she's made a few friends into briefly unwilling beds for the night, soaking in the heat and moisture from crawling inside them.

Kalti Marron grew up in a village far off from most cities. They were close enough that they had access to what modern technology was available, but far enough away and secluded that she saw few if any visitors beyond those they did business with. There were those that stuck to traditional values and customs, and in the humid jungle, the amphibious people often went with little but leather bands and collars for clothing, enjoying what was to them wonderful weather, yet another reason many deigned not to visit.

She herself was more curious than most, and despite the seemingly inbound urge to remain at home, that curiousity finally got her to head out and explore. She had talked to the people that visited, listened to their stories of places where trees were scarce, of giant mountains and vast bodies of water, plains covered in grass and lands blanketed in snow.

Once she grew old enough, she set out to the city, taking up work and buying her first camera so that she could send photos back with her post cards to her family and community. Soon photography became more than a hobby. She began taking pictures of anything and everything, and in her curiousity she got into journalisim, writing stories about people and places, exploring all she could, which with her climbing skill, made it quite easy.
