Who doesn't want to explore forgotten temples? Discover ancient artifacts? Learn about the history of long-gone civilizations? Try to escape dangerously lethal traps? Escape the crumbling place by the skin of your teeth? A lot of people wouldn't enjoy the last two ones. But that's when Irving feels the most alive.

The G-Shep/Heeler mutt has an unquenchable thirst for adventure and is always either planning a new trip to some forsaken place in the world that is better be left alone, or actively getting lost in forgotten temples full of lethal traps or curses. Sometimes, both at the same time.

Still, he remains a fairly optimist individual and somehow always manages to come back in one piece. He doesn't speak much of whatever artifact he brings back from his expeditions but his closest friends know better than to try and get in his study. It tends to anger the gentle mutt.

Description :


Physically, he has the body of a German Shepherd, strong and resilient, but slimmer than most of the breed. His limbs have an extra agility and energy, as well as "crumbs" all over his fur which betray his heeler DNA. His eyes are blue and always shining with curiosity and excitement. Long, perky (and sensitive!) ears rest on top of his friendly muzzle, usually flicking around excitingly.

Despite this, he's a fairly calm and controlled individual, at least when he's not talking about his last trip in the Elgastocalpktusu temple (something about sacrifice, a thousand screaming victims and a red rubber ball. Old cults are odd). The rare times he's not following his passion, he tends to teach about archeology, history and geography in universities or just to socialize and relax.

If you're lucky enough to enjoy his company in the bedroom (or if you're a monster that caught him in your grip), you will notice that he is quite toned from all his physical activity and also quite the eye candy. And even though he's a dog, lo and behold, he's got a black floppy dick which looks like a mix between a dog and a human. It's also pierced with a Prince-Albert, because why not! Whether or not the ring is was used in ancient rituals is a wonder.

Background :

Being a mix of a German Shepherd and and Australian cattle dog, Irving got the determination and the enthusiasm of both breeds. As a kid, he loved to explore the woods and cemeteries at night, looking for that adrenaline boost that he grew up addicted to. In college, he decided to study archeology and theology, but too much theory bored him and he instead decided to go and learn by himself.

While his first expeditions were mostly complete failures and waste of time and money, Irving insisted in pursuing his dreams, deciding to make a big hit by charting an infamously perilous ruin on a weather-beaten island close to Iceland. So far, nobody managed to get there and come back alive, but the mutt was overconfident and departed to the forsaken place until the warning and mockery of other adventurers.

Nobody heard from Ember for a month or so. He had been assumed dead since the very day he left and his name was added to the list of "brave explorers who went missing in action for the sake of knowledge". So, of course, it was a tremendous surprise for everybody to see the man coming back one day, a smug grin onto his muzzle and with a bag filled with priceless relics. While he refused to tell what happened in details, he provided a detailed map of the area and announced that the place was safe, although now completely void of interest. The following expeditions proved him right and from that day on, each and every of his crusade for knowledge was a success. Some say he got lucky. Some say there wasn't any danger to start with. Some say he made a deal with some entity.

A few years later and the man is now traveling around the world to discover new places to explore, in hope to find artifacts that he can sell to museums. of course, some of these old, forgotten treasures are cursed and Irving learned a few valuables lessons from touching what he should have left in peace. Quite a few temples have fallen under his relentless exploring, despite all the traps, monsters, warning and other otherworldly dangers crawling through them. His rivals pretend that he's not even exploring the places and just crafts fake artifacts, because nobody can survive such dangerous locations, but the man keeps pretending that he's "not cheating at all." As a matter of fact, he always makes sure to come back with a broken rib or limb to prove his integrity.

Exploring dungeons and ruins is a dangerous job! Therefore, Irving is most likely to end up eaten than to eat people.

Although his exploration allowed him to find some... interesting artifacts that can change this. Cursed treasures were really "in" back then.
