Irick

A mitten, being a pun constructed of the portmanteau of mouse and kitten.
Irick is a dork, and he probably loves you. He will also probably be quick to point out that the English language has a quite anemic vocabulary for the varieties of love postulated by the philosophers. The hybrid's history is a subject of some speculation, but the way he tells it he and his sister are the last remnants of an ill-conceived marketing ploy perpetrated by a mega-conglomerate for their range of selective auto-immune inhibitors. He does not seem to hold much appreciation for the experiences he had, though hate never seems anywhere in his recounting.

The mitten usually stands at 4'6", though can range according to preference.

Recently he has taken to wearing a small necklace with a trio of tritium vials and a sharktooth

Not a Pred

Due to ongoing story developments, Irick is wearing a tooth necklace (see above link for details). Irick is, however, not a pred. He will tease, but for reasons, he is convensed it is a form of roleplay and specificly encouraging one of his friend's creative life.

This generally will not come up, but for specific philosophical reasons I do not aknowlege the legitimacy of the assumption a conversation should be spoiler free as a general rule. If I need to discuss a specific plot point for my analysis or just in casual conversation I will. It is not a general critism and does not mean your uncle, dad, or even yourself is, as a person independant of the institution of policing, a bastard. It is an assertion that the pernicious institutional forces of police culture makes it functionally impossible for individual cops to break out from the crowd and break off support for bastardly actions.
