=General Information=
Height: ~14' at the shoulder
Length: ~53' from snouttip to tailtip
Wingspan: Around 140'
Coloration & Features: Royal blue, sturdy mainbody scaleature; underbelly covered in softer, sky blue scales that run from the underside of the neck to near the tip of the tail.
-Thick snowy white manefur runs from fluffy, wild mane and down the neck in a line of 'dorsal fur' all the way down the spine, terminates in a nice plume at the tailtip.
-Two medium-thick, straight horns run from back of the head, bright ivory coloration.
-Azure, almost cornflower sapphire irises, slitted draconic pupils prove for sharp, but deep eyes~

=Delving lower down..=
-'Equipped' with a bulky sheath and healthy orbs, but not really boastful of his loins and tends to either keep modestly hidden(As best one can when external anatomy), or act relaxedly.
Cock Size: ~74.3" fully erect
-No knot, just a trio of very subtle ridges along the underside of the shaft that mildly flare up near orgasm
This dragon's shaft is a fleshy cobalt,prided on length and girth than for a knot(Which he lacks) or sheer girth alone. Thickness remains even from base to softly rounded tip, which has no rib for the glans, though the softly rounded end is more sensitive.
Sheath and scrotum match under-scale color, leathery-scaled and lightly flexible.

=Personality=
A bit modest and curious for my size, but can tend to warm up quickly to good personality. Eager at times, habitual eater, chronically friendly~
A generally welcoming but still introverted dragon, Hiro tends to be more soft, regardless of intelligence. For a modest, humble beast, the azure still has many a desire for fun and food, and is highly prone to indulge. A friendly predator, but still..a predator.~

-Born from Wind/Fire parents
-Constantly trains for mastery of Wind
-Ingrained with Fire skill from birth
-Kin to Water, early in training
-Skills tend to work for his training and practice in healing arts as well, an ever-trained passion
-Somewhat sharp, calm, controlled
-Likes to plan, but works well in a crunch
-Very agile, always trains to keep fit and strong..even with draconic diet~
-Skilled as much on the ground as he is in flight, one of the rarer types that likes to run and fly..and swim!
