The Gryphmaster (not his real name, it's a pun on 'games master') is a large and powerful gryphon, with corvid feathering and panther-esque feline haunches, black from tip to tail. Fur and feathers all pitch black (yet glittering as if they contained stars) but for the purple frosting on the tips of his wings, and the Nargacuga-inspired purple stripes over his gleaming golden eyes. Carrying a great shadowy aura that seems to mold itself around him, his guts capable of containing multitudes of small prey - or very large prey - due to the shadowy hammerspace of a black hole he seems to contain.

Most of the time he parades around in a tall and intimidating anthropomorphic form, dressed up as gothically as one tends to imagine Dracula or his son Alucard. No need to look huge and intimidating all the time.

So, what does this huge and ominously shadowy gryphon do with his time? He plays supervillain, full of theatrics and dramatics without a hint of the harm one might expect if one was being realistic. He runs a (heavily rigged) game show, with prizes and riches for those who manage to beat his games, the bright colours of mazes and puzzles an almost comedic clash with his shadowy and over-the-edge theatrics. The winners go home with treasures! Second place gets to go home! Third gets to choose their destiny as future gryphon pudge... and that assumes the master of games doesn't participate in the show himself and just eat everyone.

But it's all smoke and mirror theatrics, for all his villainous looks and prowess, he's merely offering a good time. But you've got to be able to act the part, because it's no fun if they realise you're not as scary as you look. It's why the 'superheroes' tend to leave him alone to his own devices, because in the end, no one's getting hurt.

Unless you make him mad.

Anthropomorphic height is somewhere short of 10ft. Quad height is "large as dragons, ominous as hell". And he's pretty built under that coat.
