An unassuming human boy of eighteen, looking a bit down on his luck. Ginger-haired, and possessed of bright blue eyes, he certainly looks harmless enough. What many don't know, however... Is that Ewan is a pokemon trainer!
... Well. Almost one, at least. Ewan's been shoved out into the cold by his own family, told that his lazy ass would have to get a job, or they wouldn't support him. Poor Ewan didn't have much in the way of employable skills... So, he figured, why not embrace the life of being a glorified transien- er, pokemon trainer! The only issue... is finding a pokemon who'd be willing to stay with him.
He's a nice guy, honestly. He's more fond of enjoying the scenery and cuddling up to a friendly 'mon than fighting, and just wouldn't have it in him to actually force anybody to do something they truly didn't want to, but for some reason, he just hasn't found anything yet... He's searched far and wide, and for some reason... his search has taken him here.
Whether for good or ill is up to fate.

By default, Ewan has, at present, four pokemon. If requested, he can be played before he's encountered his current team, but such scenes will be considered non-canon.

After a curious encounter with Mew, Ewan has a few tricks up his sleeve that other trainers do not. Namely, he finds that he now understands Poke-speak perfectly, something incredibly valuable, and thanks to her playing with his genetics like a kitten would a ball of yarn, he seems to have the ability to transform into an eevee... Though that particular ability has a trigger that is beyond his control and entirely involuntary. All are welcome to try and find it~
