Eidolon

Eidolon is an otter, short and soft and sleek and a little bit slippery too. If you spend your time around otters, he's nothing too special to look at; dark-brown fur covers over most of his body, with fluffier, lighter-cream fur running from his cheeks and neck down his chest and belly, though his pants make it hard to see how much further down it goes than that. Not counting the fairly-pudgy curve of his belly, there's not a lot that makes his body stand out; it'd probably be easier to recognize him by his habitual clothing, this otter invariably sporting a pair of waterproofed cargo pants with a bright blue feather-charm threaded into his headfur, pleasantly contrasting the brown of his fur and his eyes.

Like many otters, Eidolon seems to have two gears: either he's lazing and lounging and happily enjoying a bit of blissful and possibly-cuddly inactivity, or he's at the opposite end of the spectrum, full of energetic, mischievous curiosity and eagerness to explore or 'play' with someone, whether they're in on the game or not. And in a place with this kind of chaotic local food-chain, well, predation's kind of a game unto itself, right?

On that note, playing the otter's fun, but the otter's not the only thing I play either. Feel free to pitch one-off ideas too if you've got something in mind; if something lines up with both of our preferences, I can be pretty flexible!
