Lumi's adopted brother, is hiding an intense amount of power behind his eyes. General dislikes people, but sometimes can tolerate them.

Echo was born in a far away place, a long with Lumi. Under the Gate program, he was allowed to dimensionally travel. He was selected because
of his fierce combat experience, and potent ability. This ability, currently unbeknownst to Echo, is the ability to completely control waves
and vibrations, as well as change and manipulate them down to a molecular level. His ability grows in stages, and the more he uses it or
the more dire straits he's put in to, the stronger and faster it develops.

Current ability Stage: Stage 1, can manipulate light, sound, and temperature as well as vibrate things to send them short distances or cut
through anything, channeled through solid matter. Other possiblities are possible, however they would be fairly weak.
