Delmara is as fluid as the water she represents. That is to say, a shapeshifter. Her kinship with her element progressed far enough she became an avatar made up by it.
What does this mean? She won't always be a big mean looking sea-wyvern for one. Secondly, anywhere water interconnects, she can turn up. Your shower for example.
Personality-wise, she is peaceful, though always ready to sate her hungers. Some may be less than healthy for others, though. Some simply adjust the "victim"s form though! Regardless of intent, she has her ways of returning her victim should she wish to.
What's she look like? Usually a fair sized dragoness of the wyvern variety. The scents add to the experience, a certain salty funk of the sea, and she's constantly damp to the touch course, it's fairly obvious she's of the sea even without those clues, though, large fins and thick tail, as well as wings built to double for swimming forming her base. She has no horns, instead a trio of fins, two stopping at her skulls end, one down her entire length, topping her head. They can lay flat against her hide, but this is rare. The foremost point of her forehead has a lure, oft used along with her siren-call to draw in her prey. Of course, it glows, but it's hardly the only thing! Patches on her wings, and the tips of her finspines, as well as a fair portion of her underbelly, all glow the same way, as does her inner flesh. She can adjust the intensity from a dim nightlight to a true daymaker, should she wish it...
That said, it's unlikely she will. She's a nocturnal beastie, eyes and senses honed for it. In addition, she has truly enormous jaws, capable of dislocating much like a snakes to take in things, up to half again her own size if needed.
Why is she here? Fun and games! Perhaps other mischief.
