Cinderus is capable of controlling flames. He cannot summon his own (but can use traditional firestarting method to light a fire) but once a blaze is going, he can redistribute it at will. He is also capable of storing the flames within himself, though this makes his body heat up, and with enough stored fire he can start to smoke and steam. The heat dissipates gradually, but can be accelerated by giving him a large stone/metal object to rub/roll on. (Anything with a high enough thermal capacitance works.)
He is also capable of 'melting' into flames if there are enough around him, and once melted he can move freely and rapidly through the flames as part of them. While in such a state, his innards exist in somewhat of a pocket dimension: Things he ate before, or eats during (He must rematerialize his upper body to do this) being part of the flames remain in his stomach/nuts, untouched by his transformation or the outside world.
These two abilities would make him indispensable for any fire fighting unit, able to clear the building, deposit them outside, and ingest the flames to extinguish the building. However, a primary hinderance is his attitude, believing that zorgoias should always strive to act with dignity.
Also, he's sometimes a bit of an ass. Occasionally
literally a bit of an ass.
