Celia is a fairy fur of quite small stature. Standing at 11 inches naturally and most of the time, she has been known to alter her size to that of a normal anthro from time to time. Her cute purple eyes are framed by her fiery orange hair of medium length. Her grey and white coat is decorated with stripes and spots of blue, red and pink colors. Her flesh, a soft purple can be seen on her tongue and uncovered nipples although her paw pads at her feet are a bright pink color. While she is a fairy fur, her general body frame follows the same structure that a vulpine would have with a lapine nose. Her tail is similar to that of a rodent, thin with black fur over it ending in a tuft of fur resembling a feather. Finally, she doesn’t wear clothes unless the situation calls for it, but she does wear two earrings on both ears and two black leather bracers on her tail at any given time. Sprouting from her back, she has a set of short, soft black furred wings with intricate butterfly-like design that would be non-functional for flying, but still flutter like proper wings when she uses magic to float about.
Being a fairy fur, Celia possesses a knack for the arcane arts. Dabbling in a little bit of every style of magic, the small creature more often than not uses her knowledge to alter her size, disguise or hide her presence and mess with other creatures for the fun of it. The fairy is a very playful one and loves to play tricks on others she meets. She makes it a game to confuse and toy with others and her attitude changes according to how others react to her ideas. Those who seem to abhor her idea of fun and resist her game, she will become more mischievous and a pest to teach them a lesson. The others, who enjoy the scene and play along, will get a playful and friendly fairy.
