"Follow The Summer." she whispered the words from the depths of her soul, scattered to the wind. From the four corners of the world came kith and kin, drawn by the sound of her voice on the breeze. From the forests came life, from the forests came death. The animals that sustained them sometimes drew sustenance from them in turn, as all knew it should be.
From wilderness came a home, from one home came many, the pale green glow of the fires of their souls chasing away the darkness of the world. From many homes came a village. Beneath it all, the deep dream pulses, the heartbeat of the land. Autumn, they called her. The name she had known since she sprang from the earth, an explorer, a huntress, one who felt the deep dream within every fiber of her body.
She has long since left behind the world of her beginning, her form left to feed the animals that once fed her, but from a new dream she has awoken, and now she finds herself here. In this curious place where the animals walk and talk as did the hearthlings of her home.
You could be forgiven for thinking her a human, in truth, there is not much difference. Standing at five and a half feet in height, clothed in the green of fibers spun from the children of the earth, her role in life is clear. Quiver on her back, hunting bow always at hand, a hatchet on her belt, she lives to hunt. Here, the heart of the land beats so much stronger- here, there will be no end to her dream.
"Follow The Summer." she whispers to the wind, gazing up to the stars as she readies herself to explore this strange new land. Will kith and kin answer as they did before? Only time will tell. She may be eaten, she may feed the animals, but one thing shall be made clear. She is no meek preything.

Autumn has been reminded in brutal fashion what manner of place this Hollow truly is. For the first time in a long time, the fires of the forges in her home encampment burn bright into the night. The sounds of industry and the glow of her hearthfire chase away the things that go bump in the night... Her crude cloth and hide armor has been replaced by treated, hardened leather, and plates of steel. A sword fit for a king rests at her hip, and even her bow has been remade... Now improved with modern artifice. The fire in her heart has once more cooled to embers, but she will not trust easily.
She carries on her person a twisted bone totem, almost always hidden away. Granted as a boon after a positive interaction with
Akaki, it grants the wearer an aspect of hunger, and rot when used. But it is not to be used lightly... She's unlikely to make use of it unless it becomes absolutely necessary. (( This apparently makes her capable of soul vore ))
