Adamski

Adamski does not work there, he's just a common fox out of the wilderness that stole a uniform from a Ranger's bag then bided his time, waiting for people to forget. Once they had, he simply blended in, using the uniform and badge as a shield to emsure that nobody asks what he's doing or why he's following them, a wonderful thing when hunting civilised prey... If you wear a clean uniform and a shiny badge the people of the city will just follow you if you tell them to in a commanding or reassuring tone of voice.

Like many foxes, he's a dangerous blend of smart and sneaky, someone who spent a lot of time planning his current ruse. He followed rangers for months, learning the language, the routines, stealing equipment and books to learn the things he's supposed to know to look like he's doing his job when prying eyes are upon him, having the 'right' answers for just about every question asked, or at least answers that sound right to people who don't know any better.

Dealing with those types has left Adamski overconfident, with a feeling that he's the smartest person in the room and he's more than willing to show off, coming off as somewhat abrasive in the process, especially to those who don't respect the badge. As a result, he can find himself in fights he can't win, digging deeper until he can't claw his way back out... The uniform blinds him to the fact there are always people more dangerous out there than himself.
